Tulips / Handmade 3D Typography

Spring-Inspired Creativity — Handmade 3D Typography.
Celebrating the elegance of nature through handcrafted letterforms.
This experimental typography project was born from a simple seasonal inspiration — a bouquet of tulips. As part of a creative challenge, I set out to bring typography to life by handcrafting 3D letterforms using real flowers, capturing the delicate energy of spring through design.
Concept
The idea was to merge the refined structure of type with the organic beauty of nature, resulting in a tactile, emotional, and visually surprising experience. Spring's vibrant energy became the foundation for a project that celebrates growth, creativity, and transformation.
Process
Step 1: Handmade typography
I started by physically shaping the tulips into letterforms, exploring balance, form, and color composition in a three-dimensional, hands-on process.
Step 2: Digital transformation
After documenting the physical letters, I used Adobe Firefly to experiment further — enhancing the visuals while preserving the handmade essence. The result is a harmonious fusion of analog craft and digital creativity.
Outcome
A vibrant and unexpected typographic experiment that blurs the line between nature, design, and technology. This project is a reminder of how seasonal inspiration and playful curiosity can lead to new creative directions.
